I gave up on New Year resolutions several years ago; Whaaaat? A coach with no goals.

My list for 2016!

My list for 2016!

Well not exactly! I decided several things:

1. Why wait?
Whatever you call them, you don’t need a new calendar to start working towards what you want.

2. I would enjoy them.
I stopped considering things I wanted to remove or reduce. It is all about the positives; not what I want less of, but more of. More time: More energy: More flexibility: More Fun.

With these two steps in mind, if I have something I want to change, or do, or have, I start whenever I want. No need for arbitrary dates.

However, there is no doubt that the down time that the festive period offers give me the thinking space to consider what I want for my future (the next year and onwards!).

If this is you, here are a few blogs from my archive, to help kick-start your new year, framed positively, (naturally)! Just click the link and enjoy!
