Coaching
Personal development coaching, return to work support and much more from The Balance CollectiveParents can find achieving career satisfaction and a balanced homelife daunting. But with the right support, some personal development and a little direction, you can create a career you enjoy.
Becoming a parent can completely change our sense of self, impact our confidence and our priorities – with the first child or the third. With coaching we can help you identify what matters to you.
The first thing we need to know is which path you want to be on. We’ll establish what drives you, what you value and what you would like to achieve. We’ll explore how you feel about your current career path, help you find satisfaction from your current role, or identify the job you want. Then we’ll see where you are now and forge a path that links those things up.
It’s important to me that you get the most value from your coaching. We work together to find the issues and develop practical solutions to fix them, not just to cheer you on.
I’ll have a 20 minute call with you to understand exactly what you want to accomplish – and for you to decide I’m the right coach for you – before we start.
Each coaching package is delivered on a 121 basis and unique to your situation – there is no ‘one size fits all’ answer. Your development path may include practical skills such as CV development, or motivational support such as improving your self-belief.
I’ll help you understand the issues and provide support and guidance, but it’s you doing the work. And when you achieve the balanced life you want, you’ll know it was worth every step.
Transform your life and your career – achieve satisfaction.
Who I help?
The overriding aim of The Balance Collective is to support parents to find a career to enjoy. That may be straightforward job seeker support, confidence building following redundancy, achieving flexible working following parental leave or something else. If you are struggling with your work life, I’ll help you understand why and to take action.
