“The world’s favourite season is spring because now all things seem possible.”

The third month of 2026 already. How has that happened? I’d love you to join me this month, maybe in the Q&A, or the read along, or maybe as a new client to help you create a career to enjoy, not endure. Either way, let me share with you the plans for March 2026!
IWD 2026 Giveaway
Every year, I give away a Fast & Focused session in honour of International Women’s Day. It’s simple, just nominate yourself, or someone you know, and I will randomly choose a name. No sob story or justification needed. Just HIT REPLY with IWD 2026 or email hello@thebalancecollective.co.uk. If you are nominating someone else and they are selected, I will contact you directly so you can share the good news with them! You can submit as many names as you wish. This year’s theme is “Rights, Justice. Action. For all women and girls. I always encourage people to follow the UN Women’s themes, rather than the significantly commercialised version!
Ask Me Anything, Questions and Answer: Monday 23rd March 11:30 in Creating Careers to Enjoy.
When I work with clients, we always start with their values. I explain how they work as a guide for your career well-being.
The values that drive my life and my business choices are:
Social Justice: Honesty: Fun: Curiosity: Knowledge: Integrity: Balance
That curiosity and drive for knowledge also drive my monthly Ask Me Anything Q&A sessions. A chance for you to “pick my brain” or for me to share with your topic discussions that I think need to be shared. So, what would you like to ask this month? You can get a feel for the previous topics here. You can submit a question through the contact page, or via hello@thebalancecollective.co.uk
Personal Development Book Club in on 30th March at 20:30 within Creating Careers to Enjoy. (blog published 2nd April)
This month we have “Choose Joy (Relieve Burnout, Focus on Your Happiness, and Infuse More Joy into Your Everyday Life) by Sophie Cliff
“Protect yourself from burnout and find the balance you’ve been craving in this self care book for women.
Maybe you’re feeling exhausted, both mentally and physically, from the last few years and all of the uncertainty and change that came with them. Maybe you’re feeling overwhelmed and struggling to meet the constant demands on your time. Maybe you’re finding it difficult to connect with the things that once added joy and meaning to your life. Or maybe you can’t even remember what those things were. If you relate to one (or more!) of those statements, certified positive psychology practitioner Sophie Cliff is here to help.
Choose Joy‘s research, insights, and exercises will help you:
- Reduce stress and change how you react to it (because busy schedules will never go away)
- Uncover what really matters to you, not what your family or society tells you should matter
- Identify your core values and develop a new approach to achieving your goals
- Boost your self-confidence and realise that you’re worthy of all the joy you’ve been dreaming about”
If you would like to join me, ready for our “chat” in Creating Careers to Enjoy, you can grab a copy through my BookShop.
Why not catch up with last month’s blogs:
Book Review: Pace Yourself by Amy Arthur
Do you only need coaching when you are miserable?
Why I am harnessing more in 2026? (and will you too?)
Why coaching, and why now?
Research shows that coaching can reduce stress, increase resilience, and improve life satisfaction.
It helps individuals have a clearer understanding of values and goals, leading to more fulfilling lives.
Imagine how it would feel to be part of that process?
I have space to work with people:
- Returning to work after parental leave, bereavement, sickness or a career break!
- Developing their career confidence
- Searching for a new job
- Wanting a better balanceBook the least salesy insight call you will have the pleasure of being involved in!
Spring Break Reminder
I’ll be honest, I haven’t made an executive decision yet about working over Easter (beyond being off for the long weekend, of course). So, if you are looking for coaching, I’ll be opening my diary for EXISTING clients on a case-by-case basis! Just let me know during our next session.
Whatever March has in store for you, let’s keep in touch!
Until next time
Clara
