“Growing old is mandatory, but growing up is optional.”

We are now officially in a birthday month, for both family members and me. That, along with annual leave, means work will be a little quieter. In fact, I only have two of my working weeks over August.

Whilst it may be quieter, I am still around for clients and those looking to start coaching or workshops with me from September. So, you don’t have to wait until then to make any personal development moves!

What you need to know in August

  1. There is always some time to catch up on my previous blogs.

  1. What are you reading this month?

As it’s summer, there is no read-along title for me to share. However, anyone who knows me knows this doesn’t mean I won’t be reading! I’m working my way through my to-read list, intending to finish 8 books by the time my youngest is back to school (on the 7th of September). I’m particularly looking forward to working my way through “Atmosphere” by Taylor Jenkins Reid and “Training for your old lady body” by Elizabeth Davies.

Who are you reading? You can find personal development inspiration here.

  1. Ready to create a career to enjoy?

Just imagine, by this time next month you could have started your coaching journey.

Next, fast-forward to the1st August 2027, I’d be checking in after our time together, hearing all about how you have taken control of your balance, feel more confident at work, and finish each workday full of energy!

If that is what you want for your personal and professional life, book an insight call, and we can find the best coaching package for you.

So, the August plans are short and sweet. I’d love to know what you have planned and what is on your to-read list.

Bye for now

Clara
